Ingredients

 
3 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
2 teaspoons olive oil
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Hollow out zucchini to remove seeds. Brush with olive oil.

  3. Place heaping tablespoon pizza sauce in each zucchini half.

  4. Sprinkle with cheeses. Top each with HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis.

  5. Bake 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
