Pepperoni Sesame Seed Crust Pizza is a quick and delicious dinner option ready in just 20 minutes. The sesame seed-crusted dough adds a delightful crunch, while the melty mozzarella and crispy HORMEL® Pepperoni Confetti create a flavorful topping. This unique twist on classic pizza offers a satisfying meal with a hint of nutty flavor.

Ingredients

8 pounds pizza dough, at room temperature
1 tablespoon olive oil
cup sesame seeds
¼ cup pizza sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup HORMEL® Pepperoni Confetti

Directions

  1. Heat pizza stone in oven to 500°F.

  2. On work surface, roll or stretch dough to 12-inch round. Brush edge of dough round with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, patting in to adhere to edges on top and bottom of dough round. Transfer to pizza peel. Spread with sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and pepperoni.

  3. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned, pepperoni is crisped and cheese is bubbly.
