¼ | cup grated Manchego cheese |
1 | teaspoon oregano |
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange chorizo slices on prepared tray.
Cover each slice with 1 teaspoon cheese. Sprinkle each with oregano.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is browned and chorizo is crisp. Let cool on tray.
