8 | ounces pizza dough, at room temperature |
¼ | cup pizza sauce |
1 | cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
HORMEL® Pepperoni slices | |
Assorted red, yellow and orange pepper slices and pieces for feathers, beak, feet and wattle | |
1 | chopped black olive for eyes |
Directions
Heat pizza stone in oven to 500°F.
Roll or stretch dough to 12-inch round; transfer to pizza peel. Spread with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Using pepperoni slices, create a turkey body and face. Use pepperoni slices to create feather rows. Decorate with pepper slices and pieces.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.
