Ingredients

 
1 (15-ounce) package HORMEL® SQUARE TABLE™ Sliced Roast Beef and Gravy, sliced into bite-sized strips, gravy reserved
¼ fluid ounce water
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon oil
1 head broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)
Hot cooked rice
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine reserved gravy, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.

  2. In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add broccoli florets. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes, or until broccoli is bright green and crisp-tender. Add beef. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Add gravy mixture. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce, beef and broccoli are coated and warmed throughout.

  3. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
