Ingredients
2 | tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® stir fry oil |
2 | tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
2 | tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® ginger flavored soy sauce |
2 | cups shredded red cabbage |
2 | cups shredded green cabbage |
1 | cup shredded carrots |
¼ | cup thinly sliced green onions |
¼ | cup chopped fresh cilantro, leaves |
1 | tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted |
Garnish: toasted sesame seeds |
Directions
In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and soy sauce. Set aside
In medium bowl, toss together red cabbage and next 4 ingredients.
Drizzle with reserved dressing, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with almonds and sesame seeds, if desired.
