Ingredients
1 | tablespoon peanut oil or canola oil |
1 | pound HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Pork Tenderloin, thinly sliced |
8 | ounces green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces |
1 | large shallot, thinly sliced |
2 | cloves garlic, thinly sliced |
¼ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® General Tso’s Sauce |
½ | tablespoon black sesame seeds |
Directions
In large wok or cast-iron skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add pork and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly charred and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add green beans, shallot and garlic and cook until green beans are crisp tender.
Return pork to skillet, add sauce and cook 2 minutes tossing constantly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
