1 | (18.4-ounce) package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin |
1 | (14-ounce) package frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed and drained |
¼ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® KOREAN TERIYAKI™ Sauce |
Directions
Cut pork tenderloin into 1-inch pieces, reserving accumulated juices.
In wok or skillet, heat pork and juices over medium-high heat. Stir-fry until lightly browned; add vegetables. Stir-fry 1 minute.
Add teriyaki sauce. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes longer or until heated thoroughly.
