Ingredients
¼ | cup chicken broth |
2 | tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Hoisin Sauce |
2 | teaspoons cornstarch |
1½ | teaspoons sambal oelek (chili paste) |
½ | teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
1 | tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Stir-Fry Oil |
½ | (24-ounce) package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Center Cut Pork Loin Filet, cut into strips |
4 | cloves garlic, minced |
2 | medium firm-ripe pears, peeled, cored and sliced |
1 | bunch green onions, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces |
2 | tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
Salt, to taste |
Directions
In small bowl, combine broth, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, sambal oelek and pepper.
Heat large wok or skillet over high heat. Add oil, pork and garlic. Stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is golden brown.
Stir hoisin sauce mixture; add to wok. Add pears, onions, cilantro and salt. Sir-fry 3 minutes or until pears are hot and cooked through.
