Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry

2 tablespoons peanut oil or canola oil
1½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
½ cup matchstick carrots
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ small red onion, sliced
cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Classic Sauce
Cooked white rice

Directions

  1. In large wok or cast-iron skillet, heat oil over high heat.

  2. In large wok or cast-iron skillet, heat oil over high heat.

  3. Add broccoli, carrots, bell pepper and onion slices and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp tender.

  4. Return shrimp to wok and add classic sauce and cook, tossing constantly, 1 minute. Serve over rice.
