Ingredients
1 | tablespoon peanut oil |
8 | ounces shiitake mushrooms |
2 | cups HORMEL® CURE 81® boneless ham, cut into strips |
1 | (2-inch) piece fresh ginger root, thinly sliced |
2 | garlic cloves, thinly sliced |
8 | ounces snow peas, trimmed |
3 | green onions, cut into ½-inch pieces |
3 | tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Korean teriyaki sauce |
½ | teaspoon crushed red pepper |
Cooked white rice |
Directions
In large wok or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes or until browned. Stir in ham, ginger and garlic and cook 2 minutes, stirring often. Add snow peas and next 3 ingredients, cooking until peas are crisp tender.
Serve over rice.
