Ingredients
2 | teaspoons canola oil |
8 | bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed |
1 | cup chicken broth |
¾ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® General Tso Sauce |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease large baking dish.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown chicken, in batches, 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Transfer to baking dish.
Add broth and General Tso sauce to baking dish; stir to combine. Bake chicken, turning occasionally, 50 minutes or until chicken is tender and sauce is thickened. Serve with some of sauce from chicken.
