Ingredients
1 | (1 ½-pound) package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Flavor Pork Tenderloin, thinly sliced |
½ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Classic Stir Fry Sauce |
4 | cups coleslaw mix |
½ | cup thinly sliced green onions |
2 | small red chiles, sliced |
1 | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Bangkok Peanut Sauce |
4 | CHI-CHI’S® taco size flour tortillas, quartered |
¼ | cup canola oil |
1 | avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped |
¼ | cup chopped roasted peanuts |
Directions
Prepare grill. In medium bowl, combine pork and stir-fry sauce. Grill pork 1 to 2 minutes on each side. To make slaw, in medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, onions, chiles and peanut sauce; refrigerate.
Fry tortilla wedges in hot oil 10 to 20 seconds on each side or until golden; drain on paper towel.
Arrange slaw, pork, avocado and tortilla wedges on plate. Sprinkle with peanuts.
