Directions
Cut vegetables into even bite-sized pieces that are easy to thread onto skewers.
Thread 4 to 6 pieces of vegetables onto skewers.
Prepare grill for medium-high heat.
Grill skewers, flipping occasionally 5 to 8 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Brush the skewers generously with teriyaki. Continue to grill 1 to 2 more minutes or until sauce caramelizes slightly.
