Ingredients
1 | tablespoon HOUSE OF TSANG® Stir-Fry Oil |
1 | pound HORMEL® Ground Pork |
1 | tablespoon grated ginger |
4 | green onions, chopped |
4 | cloves garlic cloves, minced |
¼ | cup Thai Basil Sauce |
1 | cup shredded carrots |
1 | red bell pepper, sliced |
1 | jalapeño pepper, sliced |
Cooked white rice | |
2 | cups fresh Thai basil leaves, torn |
Garnish toasted sesame seeds, chopped roasted peanuts, fresh basil leaves |
Directions
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook pork in hot oil until cooked through.
Stir in ginger, green onions and garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in Thai basil sauce and cook 3 minutes.
Serve over rice and top with carrots and remaining ingredients.
