Ingredients
4 | tablespoons prepared pesto |
4 | whole wheat flatbreads |
1 | (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® 100% Natural* White Chicken, drained |
1 | cup cherry tomatoes, halved |
4 | ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into pieces |
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
Heat oven to 400℉.
Brush pesto on each piece of flatbread. Top each with chicken, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. Place bread on baking sheet.
Bake 12 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
Cut into pieces and serve. If desired, serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
